Kept getting charged every week for subscriptions that I didnt have for a month and the contacts made my vision worse than it ever has been.

It’s practically impossible to cancel as they take money out of your check over and over again. DONT GO FOR THE TRIAL, ITS A TRAP!

I love the contacts, they aren’t as flimsy feeling as other brands I have used and love that they get delivered to me. Just wish the website was a bit more advanced/user friendly as I feel modifying the subscription frequency is a bit confusing. I wish there was a way just to select an actual preferred date for next shipment, and a way just to pause or cancel the subscription online altogether.
