Loved the fast, easy, convenient service Hubble has to offer. My contacts were delivered right to my front door and ordering them was no hassle either.

This service is a great concept, however the company unfortunately is terrible. I had nothing but issue after issue and would not recommend. Over drafted my account twice and then sent me the wrong product twice. Sorry but not one I'd recommend with a total overhaul of changes.

Compared to Acuvue, I find these contacts to be uncomfortable - thicker in width but smaller in diameter. Blurry at times too. They dry out quickly, and usually just pop off my eyeballs because of that in about 2-3 hours. When used with lubricant eye drops, they are wearable. I keep them as back-up pairs for when I only need contacts for a short periods of time. That way I can preserve my (other brand) dailies that last 12-15hrs. I guess they are not a bad disposable option to have on hand for that.

Hi Jacqueline, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that these lenses were not comfortable for you. I completely understand that it isn't for everyone. I can see that you have since cancelled your subscription by calling in. In the meantime, thank you for your time and for giving us a try. I hope to connect with you again in the near future. Best, Samantha

I give the lenses themselves 7/10 purely because I've used other brands that were better/more comfortable. These lenses are a little thicker than other brands I've used, my eyes don't "breathe" as well and dry out by the end of the day. But the other brands didn't do a subscription, so I find Hubble way more convenient.

Hi Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so glad that the subscription service is working out for you. But it's important that your lenses are 100% comfortable all the time. If you feel like it has been too long, the best way to find out why you’re uncomfortable, and what you can do about it, is to talk to your eye doctor. Your business means a lot to us, so if you ever have additional feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out via [email protected]. Best, Samantha
