Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Sent some lenses back that aren't my prescription anymore 3 weeks ago and they are still saying they have not received them, clearly just conning me out of my money, during hard times as well. Do not use this service.

Absolut unseriös
Abonnement versehentlich mit einer alten Lieferadresse reaktiviert - sofort versucht, durch Support zu kündigen, was aus unbekannten Gründen nicht möglich war. Jetzt habe ich viel Geld bezahlt und keine Kontaktlinsen erhalten! Hubble hat nicht einmal ein Tracking-System für Pakete (wie kann das sein? Absolut unseriös!), Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen und kann nur jedem davon abraten! 😡

Ridiculous
Great contacts, however I’ve been charged twice outside of subscription dates, once when it was cancelled completely and this time when I set the date to a few months from now. If you could order them manually instead of scheduling dates that mess themselves up I would probably stay loyal but I’m done with Hubble for good now as it’s too unreliable. Reply: I’ve been in touch with your advisors Christie and Ingrid since the 22nd October. Emailing me a returns label that I can’t print out due to having no printer and being in lockdown for 6 weeks with everywhere shut is no good. I did not even set my date for this year so don’t understand why you took money and why it’s such a hassle to sort this out when it’s not my fault.
