Not bad but not for me; beware of bad service
Decent quality, but not as comfortable as the Acuvue moists I usually use. The lens feels a little plastic-y when I fiddle with them - this isn't a bad thing, just a description. In comparison, acuvue moists feel like the shells of popping pearls that you get in milk teas. So hubble contacts are a little less soft than acuvue. But they're slippery compared to silicone hydrogel. Which is good. I personally cannot handle silicone hydrogel lenses, they're awfully rubbery and always get stuck on the inside of my eyelids. Hubble ones don't tend to stick, don't make my vision blurry and doesn't dry out too quickly. That being said... Somehow they give me a minor headache when I wear them for more than an hour. They also feel a bit uncomfortable in a different way... Instead of being rubbery and grippy, they sometimes feel like they don't belong in my eye... Bit awkward and a little bit rough. Anyway, I'm going back to my acuvue moists because they work far better for me and are far more comfortable, but these might work well for someone else. Now... If we're just talking about the lenses I would have rated 3 stars, but when you take into consideration the service, I'm going to take away a star. You can only cancel by calling up their number, and they don't give you any notice before renewing a subscription. After I wasn't satisfied with the trial lenses (the trail, to be fair, was an amazing deal) I wanted to cancel my subscription but they didn't take calls after working hours and because I had work to do, it was hard for me to call them. They charged me £27 one day with no warning. As soon as I got the email about money leaving my account, I quickly called up. They said I couldn't cancel now, since the order has shipped. I asked to return it, as the contacts weren't working for me. They said they can only send me a label, then hung up on me. Tried calling back several times but no answer. Waited for 5 minutes at a time for someone to pick up, even though the first time only took 5 seconds. I swear they were ignoring me so they didn't have to deal with a refund... I finally got through again after 20 minutes of repeated calling and the person just said they can't help me, and to print off a return label if I want a refund. After this annoying af hassle, I feel like taking off 1 star is justified. The company uses little cheeky ways to try and make you so fed up that you just give up trying to cancel your subscription or get a refund. I hate that. I also hated being hung up on. So yeah, I recommend just looking somewhere else overall. The trial is awesome only if you can be arsed with all the hassle with cancelling it afterwards.
