I was introduced to hubble by a friend …
I was introduced to hubble by a friend from work and I tried it and it works out so I have no problem with the products it very comfortable to wear and I love them this is my first time to ever wearing contacts so thank you for making my life easier .

After purchasing the initial package…
After purchasing the initial package for $1 the 6 boxes were auto renewed before the initial trial package was even delivered. What's the point of a trial box if you can't even try it first before its auto renewed. Now to cancel there is no way to just do it online and I have to call in as if a retention team would be able to stop me from cancelling. Only reason I gave two stars is because the contacts themselves are at least good quality, but the business practices are quite sneaky.

Fines, souples, confortables
Je trouve les lentilles plutôt confortables, malgré que j'ai les yeux secs et suis donc exigeante. Le service client est réactif et la gestion de mon abonnement est simple et intuitive.

Heb proberen te bellen krijg iemand die alleen Engels kan en zegt dat ik moet e-mailen 2 maanden geleden gemaild krijg nog steeds de lenzen en de factuur binnen en ik kan de lenzen niet verdragen elke keer als ik knipper Als of ik glas in mijn ogen heb zou het niet nemen heb spijt dat ik er aan begonnen ben als of Ik een contract met de duivel ben aangegaan waar ik niet van af kan komen

I’d already cancelled my subscription and they sent contacts and took out a further payment against my wishes

Quality product - very impressed!
I received my contacts quickly and everything about them is amazing! The packaging is lovely and secure and the contacts themselves are great - they're quality, comfortable, lenses that I HIGHLY recommend! Just for reference, my prescription is on the lighter side (-1.25 in my right eye and -1.00 in my left eye) so I can't speak for those with a heavier prescription but I'm in love! I plan on ordering again and again.

Good contacts. Bad business model
I like the contacts but the auto renew with no notice drives me crazy. I don’t go through them that fast and often want to postpone the renewal but they don’t give me any notice about it. You also can’t cancel your subscription without calling in and waiting on hold forever. Same as all those companies that want your money - they make it very difficult to cancel.

We know how important it is to get your contacts within a reliable time frame so you don’t run out, so we send your lenses quarterly. We give you the option to manage your subscription through your Hubble account, where you can skip shipments or adjust your delivery frequency by viewing your Delivery Schedule.
