I like the contacts, they work well, but they seem to start to dry out around 6 hrs of wear. It would be nice if the moisture lasted longer
Response from Hubble ContactsOct 8, 2021
Hi Kelly, Hope you are having a good day! We thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very much pleased with the rating you gave us, this means a lot to us, though we are so sorry to hear that our lenses don't last that long with your eyes. All lenses are brand specific and doesn't fully work for everyone, if you continue to experience dryness and would already bother your eyes, we would suggest to contact your eye doctor so they can recommend what would be best for you. Just don't hesitate to reach out to us if there's anything we can assist, just send us an email at [email protected] and our team will gladly help! Sincerely, Cynthia

Terrible. Custom be service didn't honor my request to change what was being shipped ( due to surgery, I only needed lenses for one eye). Then I requested a subscription cancelation (my optometrist said their contacts are very bad for your eyes). But a couple of months later, they charged me and sent another WRONG shipment. They refuse to allow a return (I never even opened the shipping package) and/or refund my money, despite their blatantly ignoring my requests for a change and cancelation.
