We would like to make sure that when a customer updates prescription, all the parameters and doctors information are still correct to avoid any cancellation issues. Hi Amanda, Good day! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear about this, seems like you were a satisfied customer but experience things that lead to this feedback. We did send an email regarding the price increase which we totally understand if you are not happy with it. Our decision to raise the monthly box by $3 was in direct response to unanticipated cost increases on our end, which we've largely been able to shoulder from our customers until now. But no worries, we certainly have no plans for further price increases. Hi, Randy, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry to hear this shipment came as a surprise! After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. The upcoming charge schedule is posted in the customer's HUBBLE account, as well as information for how to edit or skip orders in the schedule. Our orders are part of a subscription program, so we are prepared to be processed immediately after the charge is cleared. We are physically unable to cancel or pull back an order once it has been charged. The monthly charge is authorized when you place the first order, and can be adjusted at the request of the customer, and can be canceled via a simple email or phone call with our customer service team during our business hours, as stated on our site. Also, I want to further check with your $80 as we do not have that amount for our subscriptions, for US customers our subscription box is $39.
