Charge me for the first time randomly after 2 years
I haven't used Hubble in over 2 years(2019), on a different Debit card and somehow yesterday they charged me, no email saying an order being shipped and last email received from them is back in 2020, why all of a sudden am I being charged with a product I didn't subscribe to for over 2 years and on a new card that I haven't even put into their system I checked their site for the first time in 2 years and all of a sudden they have my new card information... Never using them again for these horrible business practice

Cancellation is done over several platforms but we can definitely check what had happened. I requested to cancel my subscription…
I requested to cancel my subscription from October. HUBBLE have continued to take Oct, Nov and now December payment leaving me short every month now as I do not work. I have emailed them since October with NO REPLY. absolutely horrendous company to deal with or if you are wanting to cancel then expect this circus. I am lodging a complaint.

Quick wear, great for when needed!
I loved how cheap they were. They only lasted about 8 hours before i had to take them out. The contacts dried out quickly and burned my eyes. The prescription was perfect and great for playing ball. With how frequent my shipments were, i had to cancel because i had way to many and only wore them when needed. :)

Me cobraron 2 veces y no me llegó ni el…
Me cobraron 2 veces y no me llegó ni el primer paquete. La primera vez, supuestamente se perdió en aduanas. La segunda parece ser que el mensajero pasó por casa cuando no estaba (tenían mi teléfono y no llamaron). Cuando intento que me devuelvan el dinero... todo es humo. Gran ejemplo de que tenemos que comprar en comercio local y dejarnos de chiringuitos deslocalizados como este.

Hubble all day every day!
Hubble all day every day! I will never go back to how I used to order contacts. I love them and can't say good enough things about them. Just hoping for eco-friendly packaging in the future :)
