Im not so bad at repairs except the roof was just too dangerous for me. Seeing them work on it like superheroes was just something else to behold! I asked for some help with my refrigerator because it stopped working already. They got me a new one within the week.

This is my very first time with HSC and the first time to request service. My AC stopped working, I requested service on Tuesday. On Wednesday they assigned me to a contractor which I have to call and schedule an appointment. I called the contractor the same day who gave me an appointment for Friday. I waited and waited on Friday no one came. I called back no response I called HSC they confirmed that the contractor is going to call me back. No one calls. I called back HSC, they said that they will try to reach the contractor and if he is not available they will assign me to another one. No response or follow up. Then by the end of the day the contractor left me a message stating that they wont be able to help me and that my home warranty have to find another contractor. On Monday ( today) NO RESPONSE. I called HSC and narrated the whole story for the 4 th time and they answered the sane thing “ we will follow up with the contractor and will let you know “ . I told them please cancel my contract. I will return back to my old home warranty a bit pricey but I don’t need to communicate with contractors at all. They do that and schedule the appointment for me. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I regretted it. Today is 9/4/2020. No reponse has n my canceled contract since 8/24. No refund.10 days ago I got a voice message from Laurie from the billing department left me her extension to call her back. I immediately called back because I need my refund. Her voice mail box is full and not accepting any messages and not answering the phone until yesterday 9/3. I left her a message to call me back and that I tried to call her but no answer and no way to leave a message. Today she called me to tell me that the refund will take 30 days!!! AND THAT HER VOICE MAIL BOX IS NOT FULL AS I STATED. So unrespectful people. The worst customer service you can experience ... Just wanted to add this part to my review. BEAWARE

Worried that my broken generator is not included in the Home Service Club package that I subscribed into but apparently it is included! They sent over a fix-it crew and worked on my over-heating generator in about two hours. Couldn't be grateful enough!

My dogs chewed on the wires of my dryer! Home Service Club told me that they could have it replaced in a day or two. That's amazing service! I needed the replaceent and they helped as promised

I must say that the Home Service Club customer representative that I spoke to on the phone regarding my hanging gutter was really friendly. It felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years! He was really polite and happy-sounding and on top of being really approachable, he knew all about what to do with my problem. Kudos for having guys like him, HSC!

Bought a three year contract with this horrible company. One year in we had a problem with an appliance. The coverage was terrible, so we have cancelled the remainder of our contract (which is allowed under their terms). Was told we would receive a refund of approximately $900. After 30 days, we had not received our refund. Called back and told it would be 60 days. It is now 90 days and 5 calls later all we get is the runaround. THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY! Do NOT use this company!! They scam you from your money. Would give negative stars if this were an option. Don’t believe the positive reviews!

I wanted to give a zero star rating but I had to select one to start my review. Three calls and zero resolutions. My water heater quit working. A “service” rep came out looked at the heater. Did not put his hands or a tool on the heater and said he would call HSC. HSC called me back two days later and told me sediment was the issue and that was not covered. How they figure sediment was the problem I have no idea since the technician just looked at the heater, nothing else. My next call A electrical issue - wall socket not working. Technician showed up and after a while it was determined that a ceiling fan mount was loose and caused the problem at the wall socket. He said to get that repaired and the wall socket would work. GET IT FIXED??!!?? That’s why I called HSC. He sure took his $75 and left but my electric failure was not resolved. I found the problem with the fan mount and re-secured the mount. It didn’t fix the problem with wall socket. Then COVID hit. After waiting 4 months I called HSC and told them the wall socket was not working still. HSC said it was a condition due to improper fan installation and they wouldn’t cover it. I informed the the fan was repaired as the tech said but failed to fix the problem. LAST STRAW. August 8th my gas stove top electrical starters began clicking all at once even though none were turned on. I had to unplug the stove top and called HSC. After waiting almost a week I called back and was told to call a technician myself. I told rep on phone I was calling better business bureau and report them she said she would have a supervisor call me back. Never happened so just to aggravate them I called HSC back and said I had not heard from supervisor or a technician for my issue. A technician was assigned and reportedly would call me for appointment. NEVER HAPPENED. So I called them back again to aggravate them as much as they have annoyed me. Today is AUgust 25th. No technician still. To fix my water heater, I called a plumbing company and I have hot water. No thanks to HSC My electrical issue with wall socket is not resolved. 5 months later! My stove top is still not working almost one month DO not get a warranty with this company I will be filing a complaint with BBB and anyone else that will listen.

HSC Warranty did it again. I have eight properties on contract with them and service started on 4-7-2020 I recently had an emergency call from a tenant and his water heater broke. It was bubbling water from top. Called a plumbing company and got a quote for about $3000. I tried to call hsc to get an authorization and no body ever comes on phone. My tenant was threatening and I even offered him to go to a motel for a night. But the I was not sure that hsc will in time. I got the water heater replaced thru my handyman for the cost of Water Heater at home depot plus $600 for installing it today Augut 25, 020 HSC refused to honor as it was unauthorized repair If you have an ongoing contract, cancel. I you are getting the service, tell me how I have talked to Stephanie Sanchez, Stacy Clark, Lori Reid, and others in HSC
