Had to struggle with a leaking AC for the entire weekend. My phone's not working so I couldn't call HSC immediately. My brother's quick thinking saved me though. He had mom, who lived a block away, call HSC for us. The repair crew arrived and fixed it for us in less than three hours. Wow!

I only really appreciated the benefits of HSC when things started breaking down in the house. From the ceiling fan to the heater, HSC made sure our house was still in good shape without burning through our wallets! Last week, I was helping out my mother and we had a bit of an electrical accident. HSC helped us fix it!

What a blessing that we just had our plan renewed a few weeks back. Our kitchen needed a major overhaul with our oven and stoves breaking almost at the same time? I'm not a big believer in religion but this was destiny.

Thanks to Home Service Club my gutter problem has been solved. I tried to work on it myself but it was no use at all initially. I was received warmly when I called and it was a fruitful conversation. It didn't take long to get the gutter all fixed up. I'm extremely pleased with my experience!

I purchased a 3 year warranty less than a year ago. A couple months later, my washing machine broke. They would not repair or replace it, just give me a 200 credit at Lowes toward a new one. Two months later, my master bathroom shower starts leaking. Took a week to get some one out, and then another week for them to deny the claim. "Corrosion" is not covered. It seems that nothing is covered. I cancelled on July 20th. They said I would have a check in 4 to 6 weeks. It is Sept 30th and they still have not issued a check. Oh, and my "scheduled" refund, if I ever get it, is less than 2/3rd of what I paid, even though I had the policy for around 6 months and they paid out nothing. The only reason I am cancelling is because they refuse to cover anything. Don't throw your money away!!!!!!

How can you say you love your house if you don't take care of it? I knew from the start that I have to give it enough attention as it needs. Home Service Club makes up for my shortcomings. They fixed my outside sewer line recently and I have no complaints. Just a comment that they're a really great set of repairmen!

Pathetic service.. i have cancelled the contract on 23rd July 2020 and still waiting for the refund. The customer care doesn't really care. All they says is they have messaged Refund department and they will get back.

A fast talking salesman persuaded me into getting 3 1/2 years of coverage. First call was a garage door which was not covered because it involved the garage track. Second call was the garbage disposal which was not covered because it was under a year old and I had to deal with the manufacturer. Third call was a leaking water heater which I had repaired myself after three days of calling and getting no response. Fourth call was a leaking refrigerator which was not covered because it involved a hose to the ice maker. Fifth call was a broken electrical outlet which I replaced myself after two weeks of calling with no response. The sixth call was a broken faucet which they did put me in touch with a plumber after 10 days. The plumber replaced the faucet and two weeks later I received a call from HSC saying I was responsible for the $380 cost. The seventh call was to cancel my policy and request a refund for the balance. I am still waiting.
