This must be a scam
Like so many others, I ordered my fire pit as a Christmas gift on December 14th. As of today, there is no shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no response from customer support even though it says I should have a reply within 5 hours. Absolutely nothing. I now believe this is a scam site contrary to me doing research that it was legitimate.

I placed an order on 12/16
I placed an order on 12/16 and paid extra for delivery by Christmas. The order was confirmed the same day and a shipping label was created, as confirmed by the shipping carrier, early the next morning. As of today (12/23) the carrier has no additional update. It does not appear my fire pit was ever shipped. There is no way to directly contact the company and it now appears I will not have this in time for Christmas.

Do not buy anything here
Do not buy anything here. I am not sure it is even a real company. I paid extra for fast shipping on 12/18 and....nothing. You can't call and their email says it may take 5 days for a response! Insane.

I ordered 5 fire pits...and Im still waiting
I ordered 5 fire pits. I paid extra for pre-Christmas delivery. The gifts were my presents to all my children and their families. I planned to use them after gifting to do a family celebration of a smores party.......One fire pit was delivered and Im still waiting for the other 4 to arrive. I have called and left messages and sent emails trying to find out when and if they will be delivered. My plans for Christmas are ruined if they dont arrive and I wont have gifts to give. It would be nice if they could AT LEAST contact me to let me know one way or the other. I spent over $500 for aggavation

I placed an order on December 12th for…
I placed an order on December 12th for the fire pit and paid extra for guaranteed Christmas delivery. The only information they have provided says a label has been printed but it is not "on its way" the way they want you to believe. I requested an update from customer service and have gotten no answer. This seems more and more like a scam so I plan to contact the bank and request an immediate refund of the charges. Buyer beware.

This fire pit comes with ethanol fuel. The ad shows people cooking food in the flames. Ethanol fuel is toxic and causes cancer when the flames touch food you consume.

Hi Tony, Thank you for raising this concern, we understand why safety questions are important. The fuel included with our fire pit is bioethanol, which is a clean-burning, plant-based fuel commonly used in tabletop and indoor/outdoor fire features. When burned properly, bioethanol produces no toxic fumes, smoke, or residue, and it does not make food unsafe when used as demonstrated. That said, our fire pit is designed primarily for warmth and ambiance. If food is prepared near the flame, it should always be done using appropriate cookware and following the safety guidelines provided. I accidentally had this sent to the…
I accidentally had this sent to the wrong address. There's absolutely no way of contacting the company. I've left numerous messages on their chat as well as email. I don't think they read them at all. Looks like they've shipped it out to my old address and another state and I'm just going to be out the money. Everything they say about easy returns isn't going to apply in my case. So far no response from the company 12-18 update Housewise is awesome! They're super busy but have responded and are sending it to the correct address. I highly recommend them!

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I say they have ZERO customer service....i mean ZERO! There is ZERO phone support. Only email. I have emailed numerous times AND found and tried calling the owner via his direct phone number... ZERO response! My order has been sitting for a week with a label created and no movement. I can’t tell if they have stock. Their website shows 1-4 days priority mail and they are still taking orders. If that backlogged…. SHUT IT DOWN! Don’t over promise….take people’s money….then under deliver! I’m 2 weeks out from Xmas. Should be plenty of time. I know it is the holiday season, however, add headcount to at least reply within a week. Beyond unprofessional. SAD. TREAD CAREFULLY PEOPLE! Their service stinks!
