I couldn’t be more dissatisfied and disappointed in a company . I ordered the fire pit for my son for his Christmas gift only to not receive it in time ( still don’t know when it will be delivered)after the website shows shipping 3-5 days shipping. The customer service is horrible with automated messages being sent. Do we like the fire pit? We haven’t received to know the quality yet!! I will not be ordering from this website again even if the product is acceptable. They don’t even deserve a full star. I don't know how they are in business honestly

Placed order 12-13 and still have not received! When you contact them all it’s says label created 12-18. I think this is a scam so buyer beware! Sorry that I charged $300.00 plus and still can not get anywhere with the seller.

Purchased package that INCLUDED FUEL..was told package I purchased did not…would never recommended this company. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of package. Stay clear of this company

I'm so frustrated that shipping was guaranteed and it has sat as label created. Messaged days ago, only to receive an auto and useless response. I replied to just forget it and cancel order. I finally looked up reviews and I ended up here. Oh my goodness I am not alone. Dozens and dozens in the same position.nPaid extra for shipping, ordered weeks ago, no responses. This is a shell company that just manages drop shipping for several things. Ship from is a condo. Nothing more than a sub standard 3rd party.

Same as others. Company is a joke. Ordered a fire pit on Dec 15 paying extra for the “guaranteed delivery by Christmas” option with item not received and no tracking updates. Last update was Dec 16 label created with Amazon Shipping. No response from company via email or their website IM feature for a status update request. Shame my daughter and son-in-law will be missing out on a Christmas gift supposedly “guaranteed” to arrive. Again what a joke. Will be requesting a full refund and dispute with credit card company and report to BBB. STAY AWAY if you’re smart!

I had the same experience several other reviewers have had. I ordered 3 fire pit kits, with all the extras. I ordered almost 3 weeks before Christmas and paid $10 extra for each one for "Delivered before Christmas guarantee." After 2 weeks and no transit info on the tracking link, I emailed them. They said it was in transit. The link kept saying only a label had been created and nothing had been shipped. I exchanged several emails with them. Each time, they were correcting the problem. They sent another link and created another label, yet no package was picked up by the transport company. It is now Christmas Eve and 3 family members will not be receiving the gifts I planned for them. One of the worst run companies I've ever tried to do business with. I've now reported the issue to PayPal. I'm adding this to the review, after the company responded. They are full of crap. This is obviously an AI generated response. I know because I've gotten the exact same response from them several times. I've also talked to 5 other people who have received the same response. It doesn't appear to be possible to actually speak to anyone in customer support.

I sent 4 emails. This was only trying too solve a problem. Never got a personal response except it is the holiday and we are busy. Still never have had a response! My purchase is going to Ben”delivered “ Tomorrow before 5:45. Too bad i ordered it 3 weeks ago and will be in the airport when it Might be delivered. Fire the millennials who think they deserve a job which AI can do and solve the problem. Your customer service and is pathetic! 5 emails and still no problem has Been resolved. My husband, Bill ordered a fire pit, extra bottles of fuel plus a gift wrap to surprise me on Christmas. The order was over $300 purchased on 12/15/25. The frustration is not being able to contact this company. No one gets back to him. By the other reviews one could see this is an ongoing problem. He will be calling the bank in the morning to dispute this order
