They responded quickly to my questions…
They responded quickly to my questions about my order. They were able to tell me my order number and when to expect my package. Very helpful! I haven’t received it yet so I can’t review the actual fire pit but when I get it I will. So far, so good! Would recommend to my friends.

My Table Top Fireplace Experience and Trial
I ordered just the table top fireplace and a case of ethanol indoor fuel. I received the package within a week and everything was there, as expected. After using it a couple of times during this cold snap across 40 states including here in Texas, the fireplace worked its magic and warmed the living room, to boot. I later ordered the insert to further lengthen the life of the flame and fuel. Worked as advertised. We have a really nice 4' long by 2' high electric start gas fireplace with glass and hard to beat it, but for the cost and the softer close up ambiance, this was a nice addition to our living room.

Great little fire pit!
Great product! Love my little fire pit! Looks great & easy to operate! Perfect ambience for my table in my lanai. Burns clean & flame surprisingly last a long time! Very responsive customer support team to address any of your questions. Very pleased with my purchase!
