I've had the same crap everyone else is…
I've had the same crap everyone else is complaining about. I paid for gift set to include everything, and paid extra for gift wrap. The only response I've received was a $9.99 refund for delivery, because it got here after Christmas. I've emailed several times, and got an AI generated email that they are busy and I wouldn't hear back for 3-5 days. At this point I just want a FULL refund, that includes return shipping fees I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They suck!

Ordered dec 15th
Ordered dec 15th. Still no pkg. Had a couple responses thru email one even stating it was being sent overnight and updates tracking would be sent. Still nothing. They keep sending me the same tracking information, label created thats all it says. Still no pkg. Contacted Amazon tracking because thats where it says its shipping from Amazon was kind enough to dig into this gor me and came back and said the seller never sent the pkg to them. Like others was a Christmas gift that never arrived. All I want now is a full refund. I have sent so many emails. Absolutely horrible!

Doesn't get any worse than these people
Well...I probably should have read some of these reviews before placing an order because I experienced EXACTLY what others have. Ordered ours on 12/14 with 2-5 day shipping. After waiting over a week for a response from customer service, they finally told me that my order was going through the shipping process "as normal." We live near Pittsburgh...our order went from New Jersey to the STATE OF WASHINGTON! You don't have to be an expert in geography to figure out that there is nothing "normal" about that. We filed a credit card dispute and also launched a shipping investigation. Finally, today 1/01/26 I received a notice saying that I would be receiving a refund. So much for the Christmas gift I kept telling my daughter was on the way. Customer service with this company is THE WORST! Stay away from them and their canned customer service responses that mean nothing.

Terrible shipping
I bought their tabletop fireplace as a Christmas gift. I ordered it on December 16 and paid for priority shipping to receive by the 21st. I emailed they twice. Both times they said it was on the way and sent me a tracking link that said it had not shipped. Expected delivery is now January 4.

Missing items from my order
I ordered the fire pit essential set, flame extender and 3 bottle fireplace fuel. After sending a complaint email asking where my order was. I received a reply that it was on the way. I received only the fire pit on 12/29. I have sent multiple emails letting the company know this and that I can't do anything with just a fire pit. Still no replies! This is a terrible poorly managed company and after seeing all of these complaints. I just want a refund on all the missing items.

Houswise is horrible company
Houswise is horrible company, complete scam. Do not order from them. Order firepit on December 9, 2025, paid extra for shipping to arrive before Christmas. Still have not received it, in fact, it has not even been shipped. No phone number to contact the company. Avoid ordering anything from them!

Don't buy from this company, no customer service
I ordered tabletop fire pit December 13th with 5-day delivery which I paid extra for and only just received it December 31st, but the box is missing the fuel. I also ordered an additional three cans of fuel and have still not received them and it is New Year's Eve. So two holidays have been missed and company does not have a phone number, and does not respond to their emails. the fireplace is useless without the fuel. Update: finally received the fuel week of January 10th and received a 50% refund from the company. But still feel it was too much unecessary stress to do business with them.

Order was placed Dec. 15th with 1 to 4 day priority shipping....it is now Dec 30th and product has not arrived but second payment has already been taken out of account this company has no contact number and takes days to respond by email....Will never do it again....rotten company.
