I received wrong order!

It is not possible to reach customer’s service to get information on a placed order. I placed the order I. June but I don’t remember the exact date. The quality of the received bracelets is much less than the paid price.

I ordered this a week ago, paid the extra money to have it delivered on time and still have not received it.

The pendant was smaller than expected, but pretty. The chain provided was stuck between the metal grooves on the backs of several of the settings. There were also pieces of glue sticking in these areas on the back settings. The chain was frail, knotted & broken. I know it was just a display chain. You would be better off not providing a cheap chain in the first place, or securing the chain protectively in a plastic bag or wrapped in tissue paper.
