It took a long time to get here, but I love it! If I could afford it, I’d get another one because the water tastes good now, and I’m drinking more than I used to. I don’t have to worry about bacteria in the water, and we have microchips in just about everything which is causing so many diseases and this gets rid of them if you leave the water in this overnight - which I do.

I am using copper thermos to avoid plastic consumption. I dont really like having to screw off top each time..Hopefully benefits will outlay that minor issue.

I am editing my review but it only covers the customer service. I am still very disappointed in the quality of these bottles but after many emails and Facebook complaints they reached out and offered me 100% refund. I am hopeful that I can enjoy the bottle and benefits, but annoyed at how quickly the tarnish appears which prevents me from continual use. Hopefully the other one star reviewers will receive equally great customer service support. 2/9/26 Ordered family pack (buy 2 get one free) in late November, did not arrive until January. Upon opening it looked beautiful, shiny. After rinsing before first use and using the bottle I noticed tarnishing after two hours. Emailed the company and they state it's natural, just rinse out after every use and dry. This seems unreasonable if you want to use continually. The tarnishing seems to get worse after every use. So disappointed In the process of trying to get a partial refund I wish I could attach a picture
