I ordered from this company in November 2025. It is now February 4, 2026. I have received several emails stating the product is on the way, pick it up at the local post office, and that it's even been delivered. I still have NOT received my product. I have asked to have my credit card reimbursed at least six times. I still don't have the product, nor have I been reimbursed. UPDATE: I finally received a reimbursement, but it took took this review to get it done.

I made a mistake in my initial order, and they responded immediately and resolved my concerns. Excellent communication. We live in an instant gratification world. Understanding that this product is hand made with great detail and care, makes the waiting time to receive it justifiable. It is so worth waiting for. It is beautiful as well as functional. It is too soon for me to comment on results.⁸

Our copper bottles are amazing! Purified water first thing in the morning is rejuvenating!

You all have been very nice, love the product but it did take a long time to get the copper water bottles I ordered!

Just received my 3 pack of water bottles and glasses after waiting about 30 days. Was immediately suspicious when I opened the package. They are beautiful with a high polish but looking over the construction I’m very sure that this is not handmade. I washed it and filled it with water and refrigerated overnight. This morning it appears that the bottom has already begun to rust. It appears that I’ve been scammed. Have sent an email to the company but not very hopeful of getting a remedy. Don’t buy from this company. I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before I spent $150.
