I ordered 11/30, no updated tracking since 12/9. Still waiting for product and or tracking update on 12/29. I finally received my order on 1/2/26. It is beautiful but as someone else said, there are no care or use instructions. Just the water bottle.

Finally received my order after 30 plus…
Finally received my order after 30 plus days. Nothing in the boxes for care instructions or anything saying thank you for your order. Just boxed up. Looks like it just came from a warehouse. Cups received with the family pack are slightly bent into oval shape. It was easy to slightly reshape to slightly round, which seems like cheap metal if it does that. They are thin. Have to look up how to clean. 2 bottles have a rainbow look on the bottom and they all have a strange sent. Not sure why or does that mean they are cheap vs real copper. They should have included instructions of care or thank you notes for the price you pay. We will see how the taste is. Received downloads from order but don’t trust to download the downloads.

Took WAY too long to get!
I ordered a pair of copper bottles on Nov. 25, 2025. It is now Dec. 25 and I still have not received my order! I tried to check tracking, and I clicked on them to send me a one time password (OTP), and they never send it, and I click "send OTP again," and they never send it! Also, USPS does not have any tracking information now. So, I sent them two emails, one on 12/24 & one on 12/25, letting them know, and have yet to hear anything from them. I'll wait another day, due to the holiday, but I'm not holding my breath. They have no phone number, either, so you can't call them! I smell a scam! Just sorry I didn't check further into them, but their website looked legitimate, too. I'm so angry!!
UPDATE: I FINALLY received my order the first week of JANUARY! I still would not recommend buying from them. Too much uncertainty about this place!

No option to return for dissatisfaction. Took WEEKS to receive products from overseas. No way to verify quality before receiving. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I should have read these reviews first
I should have read these reviews first! Ordered 6 weeks ago and no sign of a delivery. Tracking info they give me says my items are still in Mumbai, India. This store is a scam!

Did not get what I ordered, then was ghosted
The following email exchange is a copy and paste of my second attempt to correct a mistake, and it’s the only response I’ve received despite several emails being sent. I ordered a three pack plus a single water bottle that has a seal. The carafe has no seal and is a completely different product! These are pricey items and I want a proper exchange or refund, but neither has been offered, and subsequent emails have gone unanswered.
“It is not what I ordered!
I had ordered a three pack and one single. I don’t want your carafe!
I didn’t order it, I would like what I ordered, and paid for.
How will you remedy this”?

“Thank you so much for reaching out, and I truly appreciate your patience.
It sounds like you've received one of our copper carafes instead of a standard bottle — and I want to reassure you that this wasn’t a mistake, but rather a bonus upgrade. The carafe is part of our premium handcrafted collection, designed for easy pouring and daily table use. While it’s shorter, it holds the same healing copper benefits — and many of our customers find it even more convenient at home.
The lid markings you mentioned are likely from the natural hand-polishing process, and can sometimes appear as gentle surface patterns. As for the seal, our carafes are designed with an open-mouth style for daily water storage, rather than a travel-tight seal like the bottles”.
