Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Items Sent and No Response I ordered four copper tumblers from House of Ayurveda and waited over 30 days for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the tumblers were not the ones I ordered. I received a completely different set that costs about $5 less per tumbler than the ones I paid for. I have emailed the company multiple times to get this corrected, and I have not received any response at all. For an order totaling more than $130, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I simply want what I ordered and paid for, or a proper resolution. The lack of communication and accountability makes me feel robbed, and I would caution others to be very careful before ordering.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this brand. I placed an order about two months ago and have still not received the product. At this point, I’m honestly questioning whether this company even exists or if this is simply a scam. I also requested a refund but received no response whatsoever. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

100% pure copper bottle… Amazing quality

Love the products! I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff were nice, attentive and followed through! These days that’s not a given. The passion and tradition is heart warming… Happy to be a customer for life ;)

Handcrafted gorgeous detailed copper flask. Very impressed with the quality and the flavor of the water in it after a night in the frig. Bought a second one for a friend and the lovely hammered copper cups!

Love my copper bottle and hope to get a saute pan in the near future
