⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with House of Ayurveda and would not recommend purchasing their copper water bottle. The bottle is significantly overpriced for what it is, particularly when very similar copper bottles are available elsewhere for a fraction of the price. What makes this experience even worse is their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. They promote this guarantee to give customers confidence when purchasing, yet when I requested a refund because I was unhappy with the product, I was expected to pay the return postage. In my opinion, this undermines the reassurance their advertising creates. A money-back guarantee sounds appealing until you discover the additional costs and inconvenience involved in exercising it. I expected better customer service and a more straightforward refund process, especially given the premium price charged. My advice is to shop around before purchasing. There are considerably cheaper alternatives available, and I certainly regret buying mine from this company. Overpriced product, disappointing customer service and a money-back guarantee that did not live up to my expectations.

Product was unsatisfactory, very hard to get the lid to screw on and off. Very limited to what you can put in it, just water. Not happy with product at all and it took months to receive.

I received the copper bottle and mug after waiting over 5 weeks for delivery from India. Per their instructions, I recorded a video while opening the package. Upon inspection, I found that the inside of the bottle contained thick black lines/spots and disgusting fuzz growing inside the bottle. The condition of the bottle was unacceptable and unsanitary. I emailed the company on Oct 14, Oct 16, and Oct 18 requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label so I could return the defective item. They do not have a phone number listed. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails. Please do not purchase from this company. My experience has been the opposite of their good ratings, and I’m thinking they are false good reviews.

My account was hacked and I ended up with 3 items charged to my account on product I didn't order, the product came to my home and 1 of the 3 items charged was missing along with the box being excessively taped and smelt like mildew. After multiple emails my refund to the original payment method is now finally being refunded, and I also had to pay to return items I didn't authorize. Very frustrating!

I live in the United States, where our water is very safe in most cities. Unusual circumstances if it's not. The human body needs such a small amount of copper daily but my drinking out of this thing I'm probably gonna make myself sick. I was having a bad day on the Internet when I bought this and paid so much money for it.my bad. It is pretty, but you can stop sending me emails please. I've opted out three times and they just keep coming.

Received the bottles today after more than 2 weeks, directly from China, shabbily packaged, crushed boxes shipped in a thin envelope! Opened them and they are generic, unbranded, stainless steel bottles copper plated by a brand called "Relmose". I know the original bottles as I had used one at a friend's house over the weekend and had to have them. Ordered directly on their website. They are a scam operation. AVOID!!!

Ordered on the 10th September and still no sign of the water bottle. Chased numerous times and have been told it’s on its way. Still no update 18 days later. I’m hoping this company it legit and not a scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID Edit - the company haven’t sent the tracking details, they’ve sent the order number. 20 days and still waiting.

I can concur with others that the customer service and communication is abysmal. My package has said out for delivery since 9/18, and I've sent two emails to customer service with no response.
