Not forthcoming about shipping time frame and about possible adverse affects of using your product EXACTLY the way the directions indicate. Had to stop using mine one week after it arrived. What a waste.

Tried to cancel right away. I ordered it by mistake. They offered a 20% discount. First, they sent a message about monsoon-related delays. Then, after I emailed them, they said it had started the shipping process and to disregard the monsoon message, but the best they could do was a 20% discount. Then they responded to this post, stating they emailed me to resolve the situation, but it was to confirm the 20% discount and ask for a better review. I provided a more positive rating. I will receive the order 8-12 days after it is shipped. I ordered it 5 days ago.

I received the two bottles that I purchased. I followed the instructions in the video to clean one of the bottles. I then filled it with water, put the lid on and put it on the counter. The next day I drink it. It tasted very much like copper. I did the same thing the next night again still tasted very much like copper so I returned them both. I was then instructed to let you know when your warehouse received it. I find that very odd that you expect the consumer to know that your warehouse received it back before your warehouse does.

Very disappointed. My bottle came just as I started to wonder at the amount of time it took. A few days later, I started using it. Just beyond the 30 day warranty, the lid became jammed on. I tried and had other people try to get it off. No luck. Reached out to company and got your out of warranty but here are some suggestions. Tried them all and none worked. Reached out for any other suggestions and no response. What a waste of money.

I am not sure that the bottle I ordered came from the real Auryveda company. It arrived with no slip or any kind of paperwork. They said in ordering that a certificate of testing would be included to verify copper testing. Not included, nothing. Now I have spent $70 and am afraid to use it.

Beware when placing your order. I paid more for 2 bottles than a promotion for 2 bottles with 2 cups bonus. The bonus cups were not included in my order and when I asked about them they said, the order I placed wasn’t the “promotion” and there is nothing they can do about it. Surely not “promoting” this company to anyone!

I ordered from this company in November 2025. It is now February 4, 2026. I have received several emails stating the product is on the way, pick it up at the local post office, and that it's even been delivered. I still have NOT received my product. I have asked to have my credit card reimbursed at least six times. I still don't have the product, nor have I been reimbursed. UPDATE: I finally received a reimbursement, but it took took this review to get it done.
