This company does not follow through they are awful I bought several drink containers that are supposed to be copper but I have rust I tried contacting them over and over again and the do not respond so much for the warranty I have nothing positive to say they stink I have reached out 14 times

its the woRst company ever ordered 6 months ago GOT it like a month back the product looks like FAKE COPPER cause its not getting tarnished real coper tarnishes and very thin sheet its made from and the cap is really bad it leaks didnt expect to get a leaky bottle after 5 months of waiting whuch looks fully fake im really dissatisfied i wish i had seen trust pilot before ordering when i msged for refund they said NO even though they give 30 days money back guarentee on the return policy

This company did everything they said they were going to do. Purchasing and navigating website was easy, shipping and delivery was good

Communication on my product and shipment status was great. Very happy with quality of product. Your instructions how to care for the copper bottle is very helpful. Using the copper bottle daily as instructed.

This copper water bottle is beautiful and the water is soft and pleasant tasting.

I canceled my order the same day I ordered it, they still sent it and charged my for the product. The product itself is crappy quality and isn’t worth keeping.

I called Uday Gupta about the lid not fitting my pitcher - he was so polite and very helpful in sending me another lid that did fit. Great customer service & hopefully, I will be able to purchase other products…I can tell the difference in the quality of our water after using the pitcher.

Genuine copper You may taste it. Protect your lid; it will dent if dropped.
