****SCAM ALERT 🚨 ***** This is a HUGE SCAM!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Sadly paid the thousands of Dollars for this BS. The leads are NOT qualified. They are RANDOM people that are their ada on FB advertising foreclosures (which was never explained by the salesperson). I am receive leads from states that I am not licensed in nor live in!! My teammate had a closing (another lie that your money (again thousands of dollars) will be refunded in full after your first closing) and she received not even HALF of her investment amount (they claim a software fee which again was never mentioned in the scam pitch). Or the monthly fee after one year (another lie we were told that it would be free forever!). I am pissed that I am usually a cautious buyer and do my research but unfortunately I was SCAMMED. HOPEFULLY this review will help anyone that might fall for it going forward. Spend your money elsewhere!!

Hello Melissa, we are excited your teammate got a closing with us! Our aim is the send high-quality leads that have purchase intent but we do not pre-approve these referrals for you. We would also like to note that most of our referrals are not looking for foreclosures. We are targeting people looking at homes online including HouseJet.com and who may be looking to get preapproved among other things. You are not required to pay the monthly fee, this is completely optional after a year. Again we are sorry your teammate only got one closing in their first three months with HouseJet and plan to facilitate more with each of you.
