I recently signed up and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! They were incredibly accommodating, making sure I was able to get started in their program without any hassle. The Kickstart Program is simple and straight to the point, which I really appreciate. It’s clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m looking forward to the next six months to see just how far I can go with their support. Based on my experience so far, I give them 5 stars

Telemarketer called and gave the typical hard pitch and tried to dodge my questions. I was very clear I wouldn't pay a setup/monthly/per lead fees and that I only work on a referral fee for a closed transaction basis. Telemarketer says they have referral fee only programs with no other fees. I get on the call and they waste my time with their sales pitch and are dodgy about the setup fee. Finally I pry out of them they require a setup fee and the lowest they can go is $1,000. If a company starts out with a lie, it's probably not going to get better. I've worked with other companies with the same pitch as these guys and it never worked out, so I would be shocked if this is any different. It's online leads, so I'm sure you have to go through a lot of calls to get a closing.

I would not even rate it a one Star. I was contacted by this company and sold on how good that their leads were and what a wonderful training opportunity this was. After signing up, I had one training class and then crickets. Maybe I missed the boat on things I should’ve been doing in next steps but received very few leads with no response. Strangely enough when I reached out to house jet to poke the bear, I got another lead and then crickets again In my mind if a company was really interested in an agents success they would make sure to follow up with that agent and make sure they are doing everything they can to cultivate that partnership. If the agent is successful, then the program would be successful. When I called to hold their feet to the fire on the quality of the leads and not being happy and request a refund, of course they have your money and the review process end of “basically find me at fault and will not be getting your money back What a joke save your money and go elsewhere! In response to your reply, Maybe a call from your rep/coaches would help guide to tell us what to do. I took the class offered and felt like I was on my own. You call tell by the activity I wasn't sure of what to do on the program. All I know is your money back guarantee is not what you said it was and its fair to let everyone considering your company know my experience and who knows maybe your company will implement a better coaching follow up to make sure people ar getting the best experience.

Mike, I have to say, I enjoyed your energy. We are a lot alike. I am a seasoned Broker, with a small Brokerage. I have a fabulous sales team, full of experience and new agents, that I want to assist even more than I already do. I agree with your message and your systems. Which I already do. It will be nice to put everything in one place, and have a little extra assistance, since I do most of the work myself.

I am impressed with this platform so far and excited to get going. It seems like Mike cares and really wants to help us succeed in this business. I was a little reluctant to join at first because of some negative reviews I read online and also because of my personal experience with other lead gen companies. They promised quality leads but did NOT deliver, unfortunately. After researching HouseJet a little more and then the great convo I had with Lane Dunlap, I am ready and willing to give HouseJet a chance. READ ALL THE ONE STARS. Still working with them. Have closed deal. But money not completely returned till close more. (Software fees). Was lied to when signed up, took my cc payment, THEN sent the terms post payment. Finishing out to get Mooney back. I call ALL my leads. My teammate gets leads from random other state’s!! They lie, mislead, con. Housejet aka Paperclose what you should notice is all of us giving you a bad review share VERY similar experiences! Which makes it obvious who you really are.in response I was lied to told u would get ALL of MY INVESTMENT BACK AFTER FIRST CLOSE. Stop lying to people when signing them up and lying after when I made first sale. I’m not the only one with complaints of fraud
