The platform is very thorough on the training & also follow up.

I have only recieved a few leads. I have only had 1 lead answer the phone and he was not qualified nor did he have enough money to purchase a home.

Housejet is a SCAM. They took my $4500 and called it a deposit, and they never delivered leads on the 2 zip codes they agreed in writing to provide. They sent a total of about 8-9 bogus leads in a week... before they cut me off from their system. I asked for a refund within the 8 or so days of starting with them. Bottom line: they took my money, locked me out, and they are telling my credit card company that they provided the service. THEY did NOT provide the service agreed upon in writing. I have had to hire an attorney to resolve this. RUN!!! I am a Real Estate Broker and MLO. Update- You need to read the written documentation provided to you, via the credit card company. The written correspondence I submitted does not support your statements below. My attorney will be in touch. Thank you.

This is potentially the best R.O.I. marketing I have. When I saw the ad for HomeJet, I was fortunate enough to speak with Dave. (If you are considering calling, start dialing now and ask for Dave.) He explained the concept to me, and I loved it! I want to win. No, I want to dominate and grow. We are a team within Compass on the verge of scaling into other markets. HOUSEJET IS BY FAR THE VERY BEST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! Housejet has been AMAZING!!! Bottom line: I have probably spoken to 5-7 HouseJet team members, and I remember each of their names. Not only were they happy to help, but they were happy people and fun to talk to. STARTING WITH THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS YOUR CALL, UNTIL YOU HANG UP. THEY ALL WANT YOU TO SUCCEED. This system appears to require work and follow-up. An actual salesperson and the sky is the limit. If you are an order taker who only cares about moving houses for a commission check, this might not be for you. Now, If you will excuse me, I’m going to grab some coffee and finish entering my last closing through the brokerage website.
