I wish there was a review that was less than a one star. I am not one to leave poor reviews unless I feel like I really need to help others not get scammed. I didn’t need help getting leads I stay plenty busy. But I had a great 2023 so decided to invest some of my money in leads to have an even better 2024. I will spare you the details BUT do not give this company a dime…please!!!

For real estate agents, I am warning you. Do not go after this company. They will NOT honor their promises or guarantees. This company sells the promise of qualified leads. However, lead-provided numbers were illegitimate, or the leads never had an interest in searching for a home. Partnering with this company has caused financial stress, as I have tried working with them to express these concerns only for them to say, “Wait until 12 months, and if you have not closed, you will receive your money back.” Unfortunately, when the time came, they failed to honor that commitment. From an agent, please read every review from those who have had this negative experience, and you will find similar stories. I firmly believe that you will not hear the same scenario more than once unless it has some truth. Please be reminded that you have been warned.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. A complete waste of money, the few leads I had were bogus and not anywhere in my service area. Then- no leads for months & they couldn’t n figure out why. It’ll be a year in February and only have 1 legitimate contact out of it. **In regards to HouseJets response - I tried cancelling after a few days to get my money back, filed a dispute with my cc company, HouseJet - deactivated my account, then I had to pay $299 to re-activate my account since I was unable to get my money back. I've opened several tickets throughout the months that my leads kept stopping and no one could seem to figure it out. I have screenshots of all. I've met every requirement, tried working the leads and not one closing! Don't fall for their lies, they will take your money and not stand behind their promises. *** In response again - not true! Also, I asked to see the so-called ads that were created, HouseJet was unable to provide me anything! In February it will be 12 months for your guarantee - let's see if you put your money where your mouth is and refund me as promised! *** Nope, # of leads - that’s not true. I know how it’s supposed to work. No ads to be seen and leads turned off for months. Stop taking people’s money!

I just started with House Jet; I am impressed with the Fast Start videos because, unlike other systems I have tried, they gave me a great understanding of how their system works. Easy to get started.
