Most of these reviews you are reading that are 5 stars are because they make you write a review before you even know if they are legit! Their score is high for that reason! Dont be fooled by their score its not real! Read the Conditional refund policy!! They don't provide the leads and they won't refund you! They are very good at selling you DONT FALL FOR IT! After not getting anything from them we filed a dispute with our credit card company and they freezed our account completely AND wouldnt give the money back! So no leads, no account, no access and they kept all the money! They only care about money, not the realtors.

2 salespeople lied to me on separate occasions and said that I would have to pay nothing upfront and my "sign up fee" would be taken out of my first closing along with their referral fee due to my experience before I spoke with the closer. Then the closer said $3100 would need to be paid upfront as a "sign up fee".

Terrible company with unqualified leads. When you ask for a refund the keep stringing you along. STAY AWAY and don't be suckered in. Truly a bait and switch company. Lost over 2K with 0 results !!!

Realtors: Caveat emptor! They say they give you 8 referrals a month and you pay them a referral fee then they tell you that you need to give them an earnest deposit for some marketing of THOUSANDS of dollars. Don't waste your time with this bait and switch tactic. In real estate it's all about honesty and disclosure ... that is not what this company at House Jet does.
