Probably one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with as a small business owner, to start things off I did their whole demo promotional process which was supposed to include $100 gift card, on top of a trial of their services, which they never follow through with after many phone calls with them months ago to resolve this they never fix anything, but gave me empty promises and pretty much lies. Still to this day they will call me over and over again at least a couple times a month would not recommend them at all .

Client cleared an ACH payment eight days ago and it’s still sitting pending. Payroll was Friday. Try getting someone on the phone—forget it. Just a stupid AI chat loop throwing generic help-center links at me while my overhead takes the hit. Total clown show.

This company is a huge scam that will hold your money for 4 days causing you to miss your material order deadline which caused me to lose work

Transactions processed through Housecall Pro may sometimes be reviewed by our payment processor, Stripe, and additional verification may be required before funds can be released. While we don’t have visibility into Stripe’s proprietary review process and are required to honor their decisions, we understand that doesn’t lessen the impact a delay can have on your business.
