I would suggest looking them up by their company name on google or the review request if they sent it via email or text. Do you have the company name so we can reach out to them as well? Hello. First we would like to thank you for your feedback, and your review. Sorry about the issues regarding your bill and the gift card you did not receive as well. I was able to locate your account by the company name left with the review. Yes our billing team does have to make the changes with your plan, this includes refunds we like to give them grace to reach out, this does not mean that it is not priority. We can assure that we do not practice in over charging our pros. I was able to see that in 05/2024 you were refunded for the full price that they charged for the account. I do see there are some promos currently on your account, but it looks like with the add ons your total monthly (after promos end) will be 499. I do see that you also did speak to our retention team, and they were able to assist you and keep you here with Housecall pro, thank you for giving it another chance! I do want to reach out regarding the 148 bill you mentioned and the 50 dollar gift card you did not receive. Hope to speak with you soon!

Hi, Tracy. First wanted to say thank you for your review. Wanted to mention as well that we do integrate with QB. Sometimes when customers are leaving reviews for the pro's they get left for us instead, it happens on here mostly. We do address them, redirect the customers to reach out to the pros business site to leave the review and we reach out to the pro's ourselves to let them know. Sorry about this issue with the emails. We are always working to make things better for our pros to help them grow and manage their business. Hi Justin. First we would like to say thank you for your feedback and review. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. We do offer some different options when it comes to creating and sending invoices or estimates as we are always updating and adding new features. We do apologize that you felt your transition was painful and long. We do have a customer service team that is here to help, along with facebook groups and help articles as well. Concerned with some of the information in this review. I am usually able to pull accounts by name, however I am unable to locate yours.
