Canceling my membership with Housecall Pro was an absolute nightmare. Their website makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel online - seriously, what is that all about? They also held my payment card hostage and would not let me delete it from my Account. Then, when I called customer service, they wouldn't let me cancel without jumping through hoops. Did they REALLY think I wanted to waste time on a "why are you leaving call?" It felt like a sales pitch disguised as "customer service." After over 2 WEEKS of me pleading with them, they FINALLY canceled my membership. Save yourself the stress - avoid the cancellation hassle and find a company that makes it easier to leave if you're not happy!

COMFORTAIRZ were efficient, and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would recommend them for any future AC and Heating needs.

I have had houscall Pro for years it has done well but we are switching to have a system built out for us. I want to keep the scheduling for some front facing usage, so I downgraded my plan from the 15 plus to the 8 person plan. They will not let downgrade and are making me keep the large plan no matter how many users I have. I have reached out for over a week and just keep getting kicked around in the cue. Id suggest looking around there are a ton of companies that do the same thing for less money and you can get them on the phone. Also their cc fees are ridiculous

I was first made aware of housecall pro by another trades company owner when I asked him what he was using for his office. Shortly after learning about it from him I joined housecall pro myself. I'm not so technology savvy myself when it comes to new technology or computer software so I always stuck to the programs I was familiar with but housecall pro has been very easy to use and a lifesaver for me. Their are many new features added and many more still coming that I look forward to learning how to use to better my company and my services offered. If anyone is unsure if they should join because they are skeptical on how it would help or benefit them. I say give it a try, you will be glad you did. I've now been using housecall pro for a couple of years and plan to continue to use for many more.

With one company I have used Housecall Pro since April of 2017, and when I bought a second company in October of 2020, I immediately implemented Housecall Pro. Between the 2 companies, I spend over $600.00 a month. I have been waiting for tech support to respond for over an hour at this point for them to re address a problem that I have already asked about. Quickbooks online and Housecall Pro are creating duplicate invoice numbers. I switched the starting invoice number on HCP to avoid the conflict. Error happens again. Followed tech support advice. Error happened again. Now I am on an endless hold session waiting for a solution, but it has given me time to research alternative applications.

He was very kind and confident. Very punctual and clean. Did the job professionally and quickly. Cleaned up well and got rid of the old hot water heater. Couldn't be happier! I Ronnie Brandon started with house call pro tried to get two people financed with a unit couldn't get either approved I cancelled house call pro in May 2023 two weeks of subscribed these people had good credit I think it was because I am black and both customers were black I didn't put any money in my bank I knew this was a scam I waited two months after I called they said my subscription had been cancelled in July I finally started putting money in my bank soon as I did house call pro took out 300 dollars in the morning and another 300 in evening. When I called they said they were going to put it back in my account which they did not
