Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us in such detail. We know how much trust goes into choosing a company to handle something as important as your business's bookkeeping and taxes. You invested not only financially but also your time, with the expectation that these services would make running your business easier, not create additional work and uncertainty. It's concerning to hear about the inaccuracies you encountered, the time spent correcting information, and the lack of clear communication and guidance when you needed it most. We recognize how much this impacted your confidence in our services, especially when your goal was to have more time to focus on running your business. While we understand you've decided to move in a different direction, some of the concerns you've shared are things we would really like to take a closer look at. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to better understand your experience, review what happened, and see how we can help address any outstanding concerns. We truly appreciate the opportunity you gave us to support your business, and your feedback is not something we take lightly.
