My credit was charged right away for the full amount of the hotel reservation upon my booking by phone, but it takes 7 Working days to refund back to my credit card after my cancellation, for holding the money for such long time is not friendly.

i spoke to Marsh.a Sh ewas very knowledgable, and answered all my questions I needed alot of help and i was given it quickley. Never used this before and would use it again anytime. i was not sure where to stay or what dates...Marsha looked everything up and gave me many options for dates, places and prices. It would have taken me forever to look up what she did on my own. Thank you again

I had some trouble understanding the person on the other end of the conversation but eventually we got it done. the number I called I thought was the hotel front desk. I was not sure to go through with the reservation but I will find out when I arrive to check -in if everything worked out. I have never used a third party to make a reservation.

Was shopping for an upscale hotel at a reasonable rate and I am completely disappointed that you charged me $12.00 to book a hotel reservation. I feel as though I have been misled because your site emulated the site for the hotel that I booked. I am actually compelled to dispute the charge but feel that the dispute would be reversed. I for one will never use Trustpilot again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone that I know for the reasons stated above
