Utterly disgusting I placed an order for a family subscription. The money was taken from my bank immediately but I didn’t get any email confirmation. I messaged their “concierge” to be told someone would get back to me. They didn’t. I message them on their website and now 72 hours later I haven’t had a response. Whilst the products are great albeit it expensive, their service is really non existent and on that basis I wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t buy. The product is poor quality, comes monthly in leaky containers with most leaked out. Scents don’t smell good at all. They don’t let you change scents and don’t stand behind product. Don’t waste your money. When you call customer service they give the run around promising call backs and new product but it doesn’t happen. When you try to cancel subscription they don’t let you. It’s a scam!

I have purchased 5 Studio Pro Scent diffusers. After using the first scent bottle the gaskets failed on all of them. Customer support said that they were out of warranty but if I did a monthly subscription they would send me the gaskets. I do not want a subscription. Now I am left going to a hardware store and buying O rings to see if I can fix them. This is a latent design defect! I would not recommend purchasing this product!!

Let me start by saying the SCENTS are amazing! Purchased 4 machines and overtime EVERY single machine stopped working. Emil only wanted to talk about how they were out of warranty. I had to refuse to get off the phone until I spoke with a supervisor. (previously, I was told someone would reach out but NEVER heard from anyone that could actually resolve the issue - only to upsell me) They finally agreed to replace 2. After getting confirmation of the replacement machines; I requested to cancel my subscription (because I have 16 bottles), and of course Emil is not able to help me so he forwarded my call to the "loyalty department" it took 25 minutes for someone to pick up. After requesting to cancel my subscriptions, I FINALLY got the other diffusers replaced!! I encourage you not to give up and take the time to hold them accountable. A good company should stand behind their products and customer service.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is a complete scam. The scents smell good, but if that's what you're looking for, please look into Home Luxury Scents. They have affordable scents with no commitment. I had so many negative experiences with hotel collection, including missing shipments, no refunds, terrible customer service, etc. My last straw was just now trying to cancel, a man answered and when I explained I wanted to cancel, he said oh I need to transfer to the cancellation department...45 minutes later, the same man gets on the phone to complete the cancellation. So frustrating!! Avoid them at all costs.

This company uses every google seo, checkout confusion, sales tactic in the book. Non stop ads, confusion during check - somehow had $45 more in my cart when only putting one thing in there, and $20 dollar shipping?? Don’t even get me started on customer service when my $50 gift card didnt work, claiming I used it when they can see nothing was purchased. I’d buy elsewhere but they locked in “proprietary” pods.

I received a diffuser as a Christmas gift, something I had wanted for years. Unfortunately, the product stopped working after just four months. When I contacted customer service, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and informed me that the warranty only lasted 90 days. He also mentioned that I could purchase a replacement at full price. Another representative I had initially communicated with via email had suggested that they could offer a complimentary replacement with additional perks. However, it turned out they were actually trying to upsell me on a more expensive machine, requiring a $115 monthly subscription. I am deeply disappointed with both the product and the misleading customer service. Given the poor quality and high price, I cannot recommend their products to anyone.

Zero stars ! Still waiting on a £308 order from June it’s now Aug! Can’t get hold of anyone - no one replies this is a total scam company
