ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Horrible horrible company. Terrible service, you WILL be subscribed to some ridiculously expensive oil no matter what you buy. It is literally insane. AND THEN you can't cancel it! Then they tell you that you have to wait 3 months to cancel. For what? I never even subscribed to anything! Are you crazy????

HC have a dedicated UK website for you to purchase items from, however they do not have a premises in the UK for you to return any faulty items nor a policy where you can return items back to the USA other than at you cost. Be warned

Where to start. No product after almost 4 weeks. Customer services are a joke. They lie and never contact to back. They sent to wrong address and won’t answer my emails. AVOID!

Do not buy, worst product, worst customer service, it says you can return items but gas taken me over 3 weeks of trying and then got sent a returns postage label that won’t scan at the drop off point and customer service told me they can’t send me another one. Do not buy

This predatory company lies outright about the items you'll be receiving and then sends bogus "vouchers" instead of actually resolving issues. Best of all, the items I actually ordered never even arrived.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS WITH A TERRIBLE PRODUCT ,THEY LURE YOU IN WITH DECEITFUL PICTURES AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY ITS GAME OVER ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD, CRAP SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! THEY NEED TO BE BANNED FROM THE INTERNET AND OR ANY OTHER MEANS THAT THEY USED TO SWINDLE CUSTOMERS OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GIVING YOUR MONEY TO A NOBLE CAUSE .DONT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED !!! AFTER MY REVIEW, gentleman with a true conscience ang strongly affiliated with the company reached out to me. He was kind with his words and most of all empathetic to the situation. He promised to resolve the situation by providing me with the oils, I AM PROUD TO SAY THE OILS HAVE ARRIVED ,MY HOUSE NOW SMELLS LIKE THE RITZ HOTEL , I want to use this opportunity to say THANK YOU DERIC ,WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD AND IN COMPANIES. Most of all you have integrity and didnt just treat me like the previous person did. I appreciate the gesture and the oils I shouldve received earlier, I will definitely buy more as long as you work for the company. Simply because you have now established trust. Thank you to TRUSTPILOT too for having so much influence on products and mis-selling. This IS A HAPPY ENDING FOR ME.

SCAM FRAUD. If I could give 0 stars I would. After a month I still have not received ANY diffuser or oil. They talked me into signing up for a VIP program which was $200 and without telling me that they charge you $130 every single month for their oil. So it’s been a month without any PRODUCT and I receive an email saying they’re going to charge me $130. I’ve sent at least 5 emails and tried to use the chat and NO RESPONSE. I genuinely can not believe the audacity of this company. I have resorted to contacting my credit card company to make sure they do not charge me. I only write this now in hopes other people won’t fall prey to what happened to me. UPDATE- August 21- They sent me ONE EMAIL saying they would “look into” the situation. Obviously they did not and did not get back to me BUT they still proceeded to try and bill me again for their oil subscription. Luckily I had already contacted my credit card company so they could not. Now today I am getting texts and calls from them saying I owe a balance!!!! The only time they try to respond is to get more money from me even though they have never sent me any products. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!

Terrible product stopped working within one week. Customer service team would not help just kept asking me to troubleshoot shoot after weeks of useless emails back and forth. I would never ever buy this product again I still don’t have a refund.
