Stay Away from Hotel Collection and Aroma 360! SAME THING! A Total Scam!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is far too generous. Hotel Collection is nothing short of an online scam. My experience with them has been beyond frustrating, borderline surreal. First order: Home diffuser arrived damaged. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with support, speaking to 6 or 7 different people who all seemed completely untrained or deliberately unhelpful. Eventually, they agreed to refund the defective product. Guess what? Refund never arrived. Second (and last) order: I mistakenly ordered again months later, thinking it was a different company. The diffuser I received was the wrong color and didn’t even work. After sending multiple emails and waiting three weeks for any response, I finally spoke to someone, only to be told there was no diffuser associated with my order. Absolutely absurd. We’re talking about a refund of under $100 not a car. Yet this company treats you like you’re trying to pull a fast one, when they’re the ones running a low-grade scam. Their customer service is either completely incompetent or deliberately trained to confuse, delay, and frustrate you into giving up. This company is NOT legitimate. It’s a hassle, a waste of time, and a trap. Please do not buy anything from Hotel Collection or AROMA 360, it's apparently the same company!!!! Warn others. Share your experience. Let’s stop them from selling faulty products and cheating people out of their money.

Placed an order then 30 minutes they canceled the order but won't issue a refund. They just took $300 without any product or any explanation why they have cancelled. This is a total scam. Please please save yourself.

Horrible company! My diffuser was missing several things and was inoperable. My gift I paid $15.00 for I didn’t receive. I finally got a e-mail from them saying they e-mailed me a voucher . I never got it. I noticed that the response from hotel collections is to always blame the customer! Please save your money such a scam . I’m contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. My order number is HC1886589 let’s see if they respond and blame me! ugh

Incorrect description of the mystery gift...it doesnt work for everything...which is not stated anywhere. All the vouchers that are sent are useless...even a 15% discount code doesnt work. Will not buy again from here. They dont even refund. Despatch takes ages. Horrible experience. Not worth the hassle to buy from here.

I would give zero stars if possible. This company is not only unresponsive but after finally getting a hold of someone from customer service regarding the gifted diffuser I bought my mom (which broke within a week) they provided a return label and then when we followed up with them they stated they had no record of it. I told customer service to cancel my account and subscriptions (since you cannot cancel online and they only afford you that option by speaking with someone at their company…(hard to do when their phone number rings once and then is disconnected immediately.) A month later, I see a charge on my account for more refills. This is the WORST company in terms of customer service!!! I am genuinely a fan of their scents but the products are junk and stop working very quickly! Don’t buy from them!

The hotel collection diffusers are horrible as the quality assurance does not justify the price point. After receiving the diffuser tower, I noticed that it did not come with the bottle or the hose that allows the diffusion to occur. (Many customers had similar complaints) when you complete the customer service form, you are directed to a site to set up an appointment with a consultant rather than addressing your complaint or issue. Since I have their linens for which I am pleased, this scenting business model does not measure up to its price point. I was able to resolve my leaked oil order; however, this is not helpful if the diffuser is in inoperable.

Following communications with the company I returned the diffuser back to the address given to me. This was over a month ago. I have confirmation from the shipping company that you received my return. I still have not been refunded my money. Further I keep being charged for additional scents despite me requesting on numerous occasions for this to stop. I have also not been refunded for these items also. Shocking customer service, no one ever responds to emails and there are no telephone numbers to call to try and resolve. HC1764583 HC1903885 HC1856770. UPDATE. MY ORDER HAS NOW BEEN REFUNDED BUT I STILL HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR TWO REFILL AROMOAS ON TWO SEPERTE OCCASIONS THAT I HAVE NOT ORDERED. I AM NOW TRYING TRYING TO GET THESE REFUBDED. HC1811749 and HC1856770

Possibly the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of purchasing an item through. 1 star is generous, these should be investigated by trading standards. 3 weeks after placing my order I still hadn’t received anything. I chased to find that the item was in stock, but nobody knew why it hadn't been sent. I’m still waiting for it now. Also ordered the mystery gift, thinking it would be another product. It’s not, it’s a gift card that you CANNOT USE ON ALL PRODUCTS. No such caveat it mentioned when buying it. Genuinely believe this company are scammers, avoid…
