Do not buy from here! I never had agreed to a membership with them. Somehow after CANCELING my “membership” back in April I just got an email saying my order is packed and ready for shipment. This is such a scam. On top of that it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone from the company. They don’t allow you to cancel on their website yet make it nearly impossible to contact them.

The quality of the hotel collection diffuser is subpar for its price. The lifespan of the device is short. I’ve had 2 Tower diffusers and both stopped working unexpectedly. I then went with a more cost effective option and purchased the desktop which arrived without a critical piece, so untimely I was unable to use that as well. All Of This while have been underhandedly signed up for their First class program which included annual fee of $100 for an item placed in my cart as 0.00. When I called about the charge I was told it was non refundable due the 3 day free trial having concluded. Ofcourse there was no email informing me of said trial, it was a very sneaky way to get $100 out of a customer. I’m very disappointed in the company’s consumer practices.

My experience with hotel collection was extremely horrible from the start. Lesson learned from purchasing from instagram scams. The day I purchased I was already receiving text messages and phone calls from the company. I was confused and unsure why they kept calling. A few days later I finally picked up thinking that they had had issues with my order. The employe spoke to me about all their “packages” and their prices which raised red flags. The employee told me he would send me an email and follow up with me. I agreed only because I needed to get off the phone. Fast forward to a month later and I see a charge on my account stating that this is part of my monthly subscription. A subscription that I never signed up for or agreed to. I phone immediately in the morning and didn’t receive a call back until 8 hours later to then get transferred. This company is a scam and buyers should beware.

To respond to below… originally I was going to do the VIP program because I felt very pressured. But I never agreed to do it for sure. I backed out of that and bought 2 penthouse diffusers and oil. So to say I agreed is just not true. You sent me the penthouse because I pays 1,000 for 2 of them. All I want is my $99 back. That’s it. But instead you lose the business of more oil sales. And I never received anything to send them back. If you would send that, I’d gladly send the diffusers back for a refund The hotel diffuser seems to work pretty good. However, when ordering I accidentally ordered the annual membership. When I realized I did this they had charged my card. The agent told me that it would not be beneficial to me with the diffuser I have (2 diffusers), but they refused to refund my money. This is very disappointing considering I ordered $1,000 worth of their equipment. All they wanted to do was upgrade me to their VIP membership which I did not want. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

three weeks on still no delivery wait 30 mins on live chat and then nothing. scam of a company will report to my bank tomorrow

Do not use this company . They have started to take money from my account after I’ve cancelled my subscription months ago! They are thieves ! Do not use these muppets

This company are terrible to deal with! Scent wrong oil for the diffuser and I am struggling to cancel subscription which I had no idea I was signed up to!

My experience with The Hotel Collection has been nothing short of terrible. I spend a lot of money only to end up upset and frustrated almost every time I receive a delivery. Nine out of ten times, the oils arrive leaking, and customer service has been extremely disappointing to deal with. I hate calling every time for what are the chances of someone having the same complaint every time. What truly pushed me over the edge was my last order. The bottle wasn’t leaking, but it was missing more than half the oil—it felt insulting, as if I were being robbed. The oils are not cheap and I work hard for my money. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s such a shame because the scents themselves are wonderful, but the ongoing issues make it impossible to enjoy them. I cannot keep going through this nightmare over and over. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money. Do not put yourself through this experience. I am going to give another company a try. UPDATE. They shipped the replacement and it arrived also more than half missing. They are saying that they updated the bottles to 30ml. It is the same bottle they previously used to send with 50 ml written on it. So now they charge you for 50 and deliver 30? Is that what it is? If so, that’s misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Again, this is considered robbery if they are not clear about the change and keep charging the same amount of money. I have never had a worst experience pertaining to robbery than this. REPLY TO VENDOR: So why are you still charging us the same for a 30ml?
