Horrible company ! They roped me into a fraudulent contract and now want me to pay them $3000 in oils! Can you imagine In today’s world paying that on oils. They will NOT let me out of a scam subscription I never signed up for. Hate this company and what they’ve done Scammers and not nice people. Like I said two other more reputable companies let me out of subscriptions but greedy, awful hotel collection aren’t as kind. Will NEVER use this company again and I don’t recommend it AT ALL! One very unhappy customer

Made an order then received confirmation of delivery which was incorrect. Half the order arrived. Got in touch with the sales person who had phoned and whatapp me and was advised they could not help me as they worked in the VIP department. Still waiting an acknowledgment of my undelivered order despite sending emails etc!

Worst customer service I have ever come across. First my diffuser arrived with the wrong plug - they sent the wrong fragrance and ended up have to cancel my Credit card as they just kept charging me. within 3 months it started to leak to oil all over . Tried over 20 times to contact customer service to no avail. Don't waste your money I would give 0 stars if I could

Item never worked made sound that's it. Just an expensive unusable ornament

Scam! Order is not arrived - no support!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed multiple orders through a subscription, and several of them were marked as “delivered” but were never received. The proof of delivery clearly shows that the parcels were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and reported the issue within a reasonable timeframe, but no proper action was taken at the time. Recently, after chasing again, they agreed to refund two of the orders (February and May), which confirms there was a delivery issue. However, they are refusing to refund an earlier order from November, even though: I reported the issue in February The item was never delivered to my address The delivery proof shows the wrong location They also incorrectly advised me to contact the police, even though this is not a police matter. This feels inconsistent and unfair, as all orders were affected by the same issue. I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering, especially with subscriptions.

Terrible customer service. I ordered product from this company on accident thinking it was my current scent company. I contacted to cancel, the product was still shipped. I’ve contacted multiple times to return and have heard nothing back. BUYER BEWARE.
