You do invest some time to set up all your automatic emails if you are like me and want them personalized. But it works like a charm plus you can run market reports which show how your listing compares to your competitors. The emails go out when you want them to, no forgetting to send your guests access codes. It can even be set up to answer common questions.

What a find this product is - the perfect tool for great hosts who want to get even better. It’s allowed me to automate a raft of emails that I used to try, without much success, to track manually.
