Out of the 4 or 5 platforms I tried, smartBnb has hands down the best messaging automation system I've seen. I would only wish it connected with more sites. Support team is amazing and responsive, and I typically got answers within minutes if I was within business hours. Because airBnb is limited to Messaging and basic task management, I also use other software in parallel. I'd gladly PAY MORE for smartBnb if they executed as beautifully for a full-feature platform for short term rental management.

SmartBnB gave me my personal life back! The tool is outstanding & the company provides awesome customer service. Smartbnb handles my complex messaging rules across multiple listings allowing me to automate 99% of my guest communication by providing timely information to guests before they ask for it. I now receive practically zero questions from guests while maintaining a 5 star Communication Rating, for years! SmartBnB also manages Reviews, a godsend, akin to being released from physical chains (IMHO). I host 50+ reservations per month with multiple arrivals and departures every day. With SmartBnB I am never preoccupied during the course of my daily life by the thought of my guest arrivals, departures, or needs. It's all proactively managed by SmartBnB in my own writing voice, perfectly timed. A M A Z I N G. The tool continues to grow as Pierre-Camille and his team expand the capabilities, continually monitoring the short term rental market expansion as well as the feedback from SmartBnB users. I found SmartBnB in a host forum in 2017 and I never looked back. You can trust Peirre-Camille with your guest house business, truly!

It's a very useful tool. It's been very helpful but still needs some upgrades before it can handle automated messages.

I tested about 10 different messaging / automation platforms and decided de smartbnb was the.best for me. The messaging and operations platform is at least 1 full generation ahead of all the other platforms (August 2019). Is great multi language and Short codes (fields that will be replaced according to each property,each platform, each guest). So far this is the main focus on Airbnb. There are some promises from the developers that I hope will come true soon. They have been working hard on the product with daily updates. They have improve a lot their mobile platform (but is not 100% ready). Also I'm looking forward booking.com compatibility. The developers are promising this feature for 2019. There is no perfect platform but so far for my needs this one is the.best.
