I love Smartbnb! It has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I have taken back a significant amount of time that I would have spent trying to remember all the reservations and then sending constant messages to my guests in my very busy rental. I now have time to focus my attention on growing my business in other ways. The customer support is top notch a well. Almost instant responses via chat which is I prefer. I highly recommend it!

I got off to a bit of a bumpy start with transferring my listing data from a different Airbnb host. However it is all fixed now and I am very happy with the system. I do wish I could have picked up the phone and called tech support, but when I was going through the website I couldn’t find a way to do so. I appreciate the online support but sometimes the phone is just more convenient.

Still has several hiccups (mostly backend coding stuff), but the concept is great, the layout is pretty user-friendly. I only use VRBO, but I had to activate an AirBNB account to have access to membership. I use this to automate emails to potential renters, upcoming renters, and cleaners. I wish I could assign tasks to more people, e.g. I have a guy that helps with trash/property, but he's not a property manager, at this time there is no assignment I can give him through the site. Also, it'd be nice if you could export tasks or auto-populate, calendars, etc. to your personal calendar.

Love Smartbnb! It frees me up from having to be chained to my computer! I have a life, and can trust that my guests are receiving the information they need immediately. The AI feature of Smartbnb is fantastic@!

Very good product. A couple of features I would like to see them add (share combined calendar outbound via an iCal formatted feed ) and sometimes some small glitches but overall very helpful and helps me save time as a host using Airbnb, VRBO, and Homeaway and manage and drive bookings for 3 properties that we own.

I like ur prompt replies to potential clients.
