Smartbnb is the best way to deal with Airbnb messaging. However they only do Airbnb and Homeaway which is kinda unconfortable for property manager that explore other rental platform. Keep on the good work guys !

Smartbnb is a wonderful app. They do an excellent job of wording and formatting great messages to your guests for you. I have been using them for a few months and have been happy with the results.
