Shipping must be GOLDEN
I wanted 10 gal buckets. I never heard of shipping being hundreds of dollars. Please be careful if you do buy anything.

Product came without packaging
Product came without packaging. I'm suspecting they are used or returns. That was not specified in the description. They were just thrown in a box loose. Not even wrapped for protection. Disappointed considering the cost. We have purchased this many times in the past and the curved scissors have always been received in protective packaging.

If you cancel before the order is…
If you cancel before the order is touched they will charge you. It is explained under the shipping and returns policy, two completely different subjects. I was also never emailed a sheet confirming the cancelation. Shady business practices would not recommend.

Good customer service. Questionable suppliers.
I would recommend being careful when ordering from this company. I ordered some T5 plant lights that supposedly came from Sunblaster but the packages looked like they had been opened and resealed and the bulbs were not like any other Sunblaster bulbs I have seen. Horticultural Supply gave me a refund for everything except the shipping which I am satisfied with. Also their Customer Service was prompt, polite, and helpful. It seems that their supplier was the problem.
