Bait and Switch shipping price....
I had to pay more for shipping through a paypal link than was quoted on the website.. and if I had canceled i would be charged for a restocking fee so I was forced to pay extra for shipping. It felt like a bait and switch and I did not appreciate that.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify how our shipping process works. At checkout, some orders are quoted with estimated freight—this is because the actual shipping cost can vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. If the actual carrier cost comes in significantly higher than estimated (to the point where we would lose money fulfilling the order), we may ask customers to pay the difference. Regarding restocking: we only apply a restocking fee if the order has already been pulled, packed, and prepared for shipment and then needs to be restocked. This helps cover costs like staff time, packaging, and card processing fees. We’re transparent about these policies and always aim to work with our customers fairly.
