I ordered a large amount of pots, saucers and elevators. They shipped my order immediately, the freight shipment came in 3 days later. Not a single item damaged. I was really nervous about ordering from them, but now they have a repeat customer. Glad I used them over the competition and saved hundreds of dollars.

I ordered 4 light and got humidity dome covers instead of the lights I actually ordered. How do I send this back and get the lights I ordered originally?
Response from Horticulture SourceJan 28, 2025
We’re sorry for the mix-up with your order and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve it. A prepaid return label was sent to you on November 26 to make the return process easy, and we’ve just resent it in case you didn’t receive it. Once we receive the incorrect items back, we’ll be happy to send out the correct lights right away. Please let us know if you need any further assistance—we’re here to help!

The trays were so tight together I had to fight them terribly and tear up my hands fight it and kick them apart
Response from Horticulture SourceJan 29, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the trays and appreciate your feedback. Sometimes, during shipping, trays can become tightly stacked or damaged due to handling, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We’re here to help! If you can send us a photo showing the issue, we’d be happy to arrange for replacements to be sent out to you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we want to make this right.

Product I received was with defects, customer service will do nothing about it, terrible place to shop , no more
Response from Horticulture SourceJan 28, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged product. Our goal is always to provide the best service possible, and we truly regret that this situation has left you dissatisfied. Unfortunately, without a photo showing the damage, we are unable to process a return or replacement with the vendor who shipped the item. We understand your concern about leaving your fish without a filter and appreciate that you’ve done your best to work with the product as is. If there’s anything we can still do to help—such as assisting you in obtaining replacement parts or addressing the UV light issue—please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’d like to find a solution that works for you.
