Got my first subscription shirt! it's amazing thank you!

I ordered (2) mystery boxes at $50 value and I got 3 items total between the two which weren’t sent together. This would have been fine if they reached the monetary threshold, but upon researching for these items online- which takes time, and taking the average price of each, the collective total for these 3 items was about $60 (graciously) and the value of EACH box was supposed to be $50, so it should have been closer to $100 total. I got an email saying they could not do anything because I was outside the 10 day window after I sent the photos of my items for a “breakdown”. 10 days is no time at all, if you’re sick or on a busy schedule it’s almost impossible to respond within 10 days. I missed this deadline by 3 days while I had COVID and felt terrible for almost a week, then had to catch up with my graduate program for the days I missed while also going back to work with no energy. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
