Fair quality work with multiple reschedules
I gave Hope Plumbing an average review for several reasons. We had our service date cancelled one day for illness, which I understand. The next day, the plumber came out with the wrong installation hardware. The third day, we were supposed to be an early morning appointment, but no one had come to our house by 5pm. In all fairness, that third day someone called us around noon to tell us the plumber was running late but nothing after that. I called their office to discuss this around 5pm. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and eventually was able to get 10% off the bill along with having us scheduled for the next day. The plumber came out and did the job as requested, although his work on installing an access panel left much to be desired. The drywall around the panel was damaged in several places. My wife did note that although sloppy, the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. The multiple rescheduled appointments was annoying, but I was willing to overlook that given the discount I was offered. If the job had been done carefully, I would likely have used this company again. That’s doubtful now. It's also dissapointing that I sent them an email with this information and pictures of the sloppy access panel but never received any response.
