Hope PlumbingReviews of hopeplumbing.com

I found Hope Plumbing from Angie's List and I am very glad I did. I wrote a rating on their Web Page. I am very pleased with the job they did and will hire them again when I need a plummer.

Hope Plumbing responded quickly to an emergency on a Saturday and quickly fixed my plumbing problem. The cost was what I expected given the circumstance. I will use them for any future plumbing problems this old house presents.

Nate and Jim did a good job fixing a problem from the original Hope plumber who had installed our water softener so the inlet and outlet were reversed. Jim realized the issue, Nate came back when we weren't sure if it was working. It is.

Excellent service!

Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and efficiently.

Very happy with our experience with Hope Plumbing. They completed the work and did a good job.

Hope Plumbing was very professional and delivered the services on time and within budget. David did a great job of keeping me informed as the project progressed. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues. Thanks.

Called Hope Plumbing on a Saturday when we had water standing in our basement and were trying to prepare to leave for vacation on Wednesday. They came out right away to assess the issue. They found that they could not simply unclog our drain as it appeared that maybe our old clay pipe had cracked. They needed to run a camera down the line, but it was now to late in the day to do and we couldn't use any water. They came out Sunday morning, which was not expected, but we were very happy about. Found where the issue was and gave us several estimates to repair it using various methods. I was concerned because we had just laid new sidewalks last week and it appeared we may have to dig them up using most methods. They continued to work with us and asses the issue and decided we could make an attempt at renting a smaller backhoe to cut only through our flower bed and hopefully avoid the sidewalk altogether. They came out early to get started and worked until everything was resolved. We were able to have water to get things cleaned up before heading out on vacation and were happy to know our house would be safe from further water issues while we were gone. All of their staff were attentive and thoughtful about the getting the work done in a timely fashion and in a way that would cost us the least amount of money overall. Very happy with their work and that my sidewalks are still in one piece :)
