James our Technician and the Lady Hope Representative from the Hope Offices were outstanding. She was professional, mature, and great at conflict resolution as a result of my confusion, but she made it right. She and James are a credit to themselves and Hope Plumbing. They were very professional in every aspect of customer service, good service. They had the ability to allow us to understand the process and the outcome. We are satisfied with the Hope pricing, work and our new upgrades: water heater, sinks and toilet's along with the necessary upgraded plumbing thereof as well. Thank you "Nice Lady in the Office", James and Hope Plumbing.

It's rare to find service professionals who care beyond their expertise. From start to finish, the service was professional and customer focused. I had the privilege of having Zach with Hope Plumbing assist me with my needs. He absolutely went above and beyond. He took time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything clearly. He truly had my best interests in mind rather than simply trying to sell us on a service that was not needed. That extra step showed that Zach and the team at Hope Plumbing genuinely care about their customers.

We had Hope Electric do an upgrade on our electrical panel, from 100 amps to 200 amps. Logan Buckmaster was the electrician on the job, and he and his apprentice Nolan, did an excellent job. If you need electrical work done, we highly recommend them. Max and Diane.

Started off bad, but Carrie called me back on their on initiative, and advised me that I was in fact overcharged on my repair, and gave me a fair refund. The tech just entered wrong "code". OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I would highly recommend!!!!

I have used HOPE Plumbing for many years. Our disposal was making a loud noise when turned on. I contacted HOPE early Monday morning and they indicated they could have a plumber at my home the same day. I was sent a text confirming the arrival along with a picture of the tech(Eduardo San Gomez). The tech made some adjustments to the disposal(hoses and clamps) and the noise was gone. The disposal noise is gone. They were punctual, knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend HOPE Plumbing. Ed Aide

He was absolutely professional and did complete detailed work. This is a 112 yr. old home. He also came back the next day ~ first thing as there was sediments were coming from my faucets and it was handled expediently. I was so surprised the honesty in the different low to high quotes for future work. He unhooked the water heater as when I found out there were not turn off valves leading into the water heater. I tried to cut the water off at the main in the house and it was so old it sprang a leak and shot across the room!. The main pipe was repaired and he also put in an on and off for the next water heater when I could afford it. It was seven months with help from my church before being able to afford the installation and water heater. Praise the Lord. Hope

Prompt, professional, helpful

Hope plumbing was quick to respond, very polite, and they explained everything completely. They did the job in a timely manner and the price seemed pretty reasonable.
