I have used Hope Plumbing 3 or 4 times over the last three years. Every time, they are reliable, dependable, professional, and they do EXCELLENT WORK!!! As much as I hate it when a plumbing problem crops up, I at least know that I can call on them, with confidence, to fix it promptly.

I have an older house and have had a few plumbing problems, though no big jobs, renovations, or emergencies. I found Hope Plumbing through Angies list five years ago, and have called them ever since. I find that they are punctual, reliable, professional but friendly, and I've never had to call them back because the work they did wasn't good. I will continue to call them if I have other problems in the future, and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

they came to snake out a drain in basement. 2 people came, and only one did any work; the other just sat on the floor and watched. they made a rip in the tile in the floor and didn't clean up satisfactorily, plus they charged way too much. would not recommend them

We needed to have a new faucet installed in our upstairs bath. Since Hope specializes in older homes (ours is just over 50 yrs.old), they also gave us suggestions of some safety features we needed to consider doing. In addition to the faucet we had them install an emergency shut-off lever in the basement which we deemed to be one of the more pressing suggestions they made. Their work was very good and they cleaned up after themselves much to my satisfaction.

Very disappointed in the communication from service tech and office staff (except Nikki who was very responsive). Took almost 5 weeks to change out four jets and 2 switches in a jetted tub. Ordered wrong parts 3 times. With all honesty I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Still working on trying to get an itemized bill to settle up billing.
