Hope does a great job. We have had several things fixed by them and they are fair in pricing and able to adapt and trouble shoot in an older home. I recommend them very highly.

Plumber was very knowledgeable. Work was done quick and reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

I asked if hope could get me man hole covers. They said yes. Hope came out, took measurements, charged me for the trip and never got back to me. I even called back and asked about the quote just to be told I'll get a call back. It was a wast of my time. It felt like a scam. If Hope can't get man hole covers, then don't come out and fake at it and charge me for the trip.

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times due to the technician being held up at the previous location. Hope came and snaked the drain, but said that there was likely a corroded pipe and the basement needed to be torn up to repair. My landlord wouldn't pay for the visit because he said $221 was over industry average for a service like snaking a pipe. He scheduled a different plumbing company to come investigate the issue and they found tree roots in the pipes ... which means that the 2 Hope technicians that came didn't find the issue.

2/3 experiences were wonderful. 1/3- I felt like the plumber was inexperienced. He left the job incomplete and the surrounding areas a mess. I had explained what was going on and he belittled my complaint, stating it was a clogged drain. We paid in full that day and then paid again when the other plumber came to fix his mistakes (2 days later.) Our first payment was refunded after some discussion with a manager. We will continue to use Hope but I need to feel secure in the plumber's abilities.
